Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, strategy, and execution for key areas of our product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver innovative solutions that align with both customer needs and business goals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will also mentor junior team members and help shape the future direction of our product.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment.


  • Product management fundamentals: Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, from research and concept through development and launch.


  • Customer-centric mindset: Ability to gather and synthesize user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.


  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring product initiatives to life.


  • Technical understanding: Comfort with technical concepts and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.


  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.


  • Project management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.


  • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Product planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer feedback, business goals, and market research.


  • Feature development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop product features from ideation through launch. Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


  • Customer research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and analyze customer behavior to understand their needs and translate those into product improvements.


  • Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product features, timelines, and goals.


  • Product delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of product features, ensuring they meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and align with the product strategy.


  • Product metrics: Monitor and analyze product performance and usage data, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future iterations.


  • Continuous improvement: Iterate on features based on feedback and performance, identifying opportunities for improvements that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
